The 13th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) kicked off in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on May 11 2017, the Fair lasts 5 days and ended on May 15. To keep abreast of the latest development of international information content industry and gather the achievements of Chinese publishing industry in transformation and upgrading, meanwhile, to exchange views with exhibitors with ICIA membership, cultural organizations and institutions, ICIA delegated staff to visit the Fair in Shenzhen, through which the influence of ICIA and ISLI standard will be extended.

China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) is currently deemed to be the only national-level, internationalized and comprehensive cultural industry fair in China. The Fair intensively exhibited the profound integration of information content and information technology, moreover, through the specialized exhibitions in cultural technology, cultural consumption, fashion culture, film and animation, digital publishing, it showcased the new philosophy, new products and achievements of global integration and development.

Staff of ICIA mainly visited digital publishing and transformation and upgrading of Chinese publishing industry exhibition halls, and communicated with exhibitors about the application of ISLI standard in China. As far as we know, multiple publishing houses have displayed their works which apply ISLI standard, for instance, Red Kangaroo series from China Children's Press & Publication Group (CCPPG), Super Wings series from Foreign Language Education Division of Jilin Publishing Group, Stories of Chinese Water Treatment series from China Water & Power Press and From Changan to Rome - An Exploratory Record of Han and Tang Silk Road from Shannxi Publishing Group. By use of link application in ISLI standard, numerous ISLI/MPR all-media-integrated-publishing publications showed more diverse and abundant application value, and attracted attention from a large number of professionals and readers in the Fair.
